Challenge: Faced with rapidly declining online advertising revenue, this global entertainment company sought a sustainable business model that did not hinge solely on internet ad revenues.

Solution: Conducted executive level interviews and senior leadership workshops to uncover pain points and create alignment about the division’s skills and competencies that could be transferred to new business opportunities.  Facilitated executive agreement to pursue a web-services business model which increased revenues from $2,000,000 to $8,000,000 in two years.  Later engaged with this company to transition their web-services business model into a Customer Relationship Management business model and expanded their offerings to include:  reporting & analytics, outbound email management, and centralized database management.
